Bent grass in florida? - bent grass ottawa
I live in Bradenton, Florida, south of Tampa, and I'm building a USGA putting green in my garden, and I heard mixed reviews on the use of bent grass. usually die in the summer? I thought it was helping a grass cooler weather?

Creeping Bentgrass is adapted to cold and wet weather, as in the northeastern United States. Cool temperatures at night are particularly advantageous Bentgrass. In the south, at high temperatures during the day along with warm temperatures during the night to create extreme conditions for brown. During the summer months in the south, the depletion of carbohydrate reserves in Bentgrass turf and vulnerable to additional expense - the drought, traffic, shade, insects or diseases.

Bentgrass in the south is best adapted to the transition zone where cooler temperatures prevail. Sorry for the long answer, watering every day may help others to develop better.
