Who knows why this should be KC BBQ, the "best" BBQ? I have gates. Boy, is great if you are French, like fries and gravy. Who cares about the sauce. I come from the middle of Texas, where salsa is not a food group.

If someone has a better idea, which has various gates, I support him. We Circulons in our RV when KC, St. Louis, Chicago, etc. Now I'm missing Texas BBQ.
